Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Computer Science/ Information Technology with 8 to 12 years of experience in SAP modules.

• Candidate having an end-to-end SAP implementation cycles experience of SAP modules- Production Planning (PP), Warehouse Management (WM), and Plant Maintenance (PM)—within industrial environments across India and globally.
• Candidate serves as the vital link between business objectives and technological execution, ensuring manufacturing and logistics operations achieve optimal efficiency and strategic growth.

Specific Requirements:

• Deep experience and proven implementation skills of SAP PP, WM, and PM modules in Pharma Industries.
• SAP PP, QM and PM S/4 HANA Certification.
• Their expertise supports strategic initiatives such as digital transformation, supply chain optimization, and predictive maintenance, contributing to overall business growth and competitiveness.

Job Summary:

Job Holder will be responsible for Driving Excellence in Production Planning, Warehouse Management, and Plant Maintenance.

• Technical Expertise:
• Profound knowledge of SAP PP, WM, and PM modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP and external systems.

• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale SAP projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets and quality standards.
• Analytical Thinking:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, bridging the gap between technical teams and business functions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• End-to-End SAP Implementation:
• Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of SAP PP, WM, and PM module implementations, from initial requirement gathering to post-go-live support. This involves system configuration, integration with other SAP modules, data migration, and user training.
• Business Process Analysis:
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand their operational needs, translate these into technical requirements, and design solutions that drive process optimization and cost-effectiveness.
• System Support and Troubleshooting:
• Provide ongoing technical support for SAP PP, WM, and PM modules, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity across manufacturing plants and warehouses.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and system upgrades, leveraging new SAP functionalities and best practices to support evolving business needs.
• Global Collaboration:
• Coordinate with international teams to standardize processes, share knowledge, and implement global SAP solutions tailored to diverse industrial sites.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, custom developments, and change management, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• User Training and Change Management:
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops for end-users, facilitating smooth transitions during system changes and fostering user adoption.
