We are a global consulting powerhouse managing a massive portfolio of world-class fortune 500 brands. As we scale our Canadian operations, we’re looking for two Senior Client Success Consultants in India to act as the strategic engine behind our North American accounts.
The RoleYou aren’t just "support", you are the backbone of the client lifecycle. You will own a dedicated book of accounts while providing high-leverage support to our Canadian Managers’ portfolios. You’ll ensure renewals are seamless, admin is airtight, and the "tech" never gets in the way of the "win."
What You’ll Do- The Demo Expert: You’ll get under the hood of Google Analytics and Amplitude. Whether you’re already certified or ready to ace the exams on day one, you must be comfortable logging in and running live demos that make complex data look easy.
- The Paperwork Pro: You speak the language of SOWs, MSAs, NDAs, and Change Orders. You understand the weight of a sales document and ensure every detail is crisp.
- The Tech Stack: You’ll live in Salesforce, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint. If it’s a tool, you master it; if it’s a process, you optimize it.
- The Strategic Bridge: You are the vital link between our Canadian Managers and the clients. You translate complex project needs into action, managing the "heavy lifting" of the account so the partnership stays strong and the renewals stay on track.
- Tech-Savvy & Number-Crunching: You don't fear a spreadsheet or a new software UI. You find the "why" in the numbers.
- A Communication Powerhouse: Your English, both written and spoken, is sharp, professional, and persuasive.
- Project Minded: A background in project management is a huge plus. You know how to keep moving parts in sync.
