Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Specialist to join our Global Business Intelligence within the Revenue Operations organization. In this role, you will own and drive a dedicated reporting and analytics domain, partnering closely with business stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights and data-driven decision support. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of reporting solutions, from requirements gathering and data integration to dashboard development, user enablement, and continuous improvement.

You will work in an international environment, collaborating closely with peers and stakeholders worldwide to develop scalable reporting solutions, promote self-service analytics, and ensure consistency across shared data models, data sources, and reporting standards.
 

• Own and drive the continuous improvement of an assigned reporting and analytics domain, ensuring solutions meet evolving business requirements, with focus on:
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders within the assigned domain, translating business requirements into scalable analytics, reporting, and data solutions.
  • Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of reporting solutions, including data integration, data modeling, report development, maintenance, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Driving the integration of new data sources into the global analytics platform, ensuring data quality, governance, consistency, and reusability across multiple reporting domains.
  • Promote user adoption and self-service analytics capabilities through stakeholder engagement, documentation, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Drive the continuous improvement of the global analytics platform while fostering technical excellence within the team by mentoring junior analysts, promoting best practices, and facilitating knowledge sharing.
   

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, including:
  • ETL processes and data warehousing using Fabric lakehouses and dataflows.
  • Data modelling using Fabric semantic models and advanced DAX knowledge.
  • Report development using Power BI Desktop, with advanced experience in data
    visualization best practices and report performance analysis/improvement.
• Experience in operational systems, like ERP or CRM systems.
• Knowledge of Python and advanced analytics methodologies, including machine learning and predictive modeling, is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
