Responsibilities
Conduct and support Process-Led Workshops (PLWs); document Business Requirements (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), including data mapping, migration, reporting, and user guides.
Propose scalable and innovative solutions while mitigating operational and delivery risks.
Lead and coordinate requirement analysis, system enhancements, and solution design for core banking initiatives.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors across project management, development, testing, migration, user training, and production releases.
Provide strong functional expertise in Temenos Transact (T24) Core Banking, preferably within the Private Banking domain.
Work effectively within Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
Manage stakeholders to eliminate requirement ambiguity and ensure accurate impact analysis.
Maintain detailed change logs, project documentation, status reporting, and timely escalation to project leads.
Support end-to-end implementation of system changes, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
Skills & Experience
Professional & Technical
Minimum 10+ years of IT Business Analysis focused on Temenos Transact/T24 Core Banking within the Private Banking domain.
Experience in one or more modules such as Cash Accounts and Deposits (AA, AC, MM, FD).
Proven experience facilitating PLWs and recommending new processes or applications, preferably with implementation exposure.
Strong understanding of SDLC and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with the ability to challenge and refine requirements.
Excellent verbal, written, and technical documentation communication skills.
Self-driven, motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining delivery excellence and stakeholder alignment.
