The purpose of the role is to lead, develop and represent Mondelez local and Global brands on local level. What are the main responsibilities?
- Develop a marketing strategy together with Marketing Director, in line with the MEU objectives in order to ensure a development of global and local brands
- Independently convert the agreed category marketing strategy into the portfolio related activities
- Develop consumer, competition & market insight via regular observation and analysis of the market and competitors, early recognition of changing market situations and recommendation of appropriate marketing action
- Manage launch of New Product Development on the market.
- Monitor project budget, timings and control project performance for brand / all category brands
- Effectively manage the direct reports (4-5 Junior/ Brand Manager) in terms of coaching & motivation
What you will bring?
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- At least 5 years of experience in a commercial function of a FMCG company, ideally in Marketing
- Thorough understanding of business in Czech & Slovak Republics
- Big advantage is management of local brands & NPD of local brands (from concept to launch)
- Project management & leadership of cross - functional teams
- People management skills
- Strong analytical (numerical) skills, ability to quickly assess data from different sources
