Role: Billing & Reporting Manager
Location: India (Remote)
WHAT IS REQUIRED:
- Overview of all content activity including Master, adapt, and adhoc-projects agreed
- Ensure accurate and timely billing across multiple markets and entities.
- Implement and maintain billing systems (e.g., OMG, Ariba) to streamline invoicing and reduce errors.
- Take overall responsibility for your team’s project governance, ensuring all tasks are completed to the required standard for marketing communication channels via hosting weekly data error WIP reports and chasing teams to ensure accuracy
- Understanding Data and Reporting - Get a deep dive on where data pulls from and its function within the business
- Effectively monitoring progress and profitability, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with finance and procurement teams to validate billing entities, legal structures, and payment terms
- Oversee project setup in systems like OMG, ensuring correct configuration for billing and time logging
- Guide cross-functional teams through process changes, including UPC (Universal Project Code) rollout.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment on billing workflows and reporting expectations.
- Monitor PO burn, revenue recognition, and billing frequency to manage cash flow and client expectations.
- Lead efforts to improve data usage and reporting accuracy, including automation of reporting presets.
- Collaborate with tech and reporting teams to ensure visibility and compliance in financial reporting.
- Develop consultative relationships with key marketing technology and operations clients.
- Develop and effectively maintain excellent working relationships with the Client Services team to deliver projects on brief
- Brand Understanding across the portfolio
- Sharepoint and Documentation Management and Creation - Overseeing the process and structure of the SharePoint to ensure it is well-organized and easily accessible.
