Senior Associate Marketing Specialist (Presentations and Data)

We are looking for a talented individual to support day-to-day activities of the EMEA Marketing Team for Columbia Threadneedle Investments, part of Ameriprise Financial. In this role, you will support the day-to-day activities of the Product Marketing Team, with a primary focus on ensuring the timely and efficient production of standard product marketing presentations across the region. Your key responsibilities will include collecting and managing data to support the production of core product-related data throughout the function, packaging and saving data deliverables for each deck to support in improving the efficiency of production and data quality checks post production and identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows.

Job Responsibilities

• Pre-production - supporting in the generation of the quarter schedule based on data availability, plus sourcing new data for any change requests. 
• Production - collation of all data for each deck based on delivery schedule and check data and input into presentations.
• Production - supporting in QC Peer reviews of all decks, plus updating any inaccuracies spotted in the QC process within Power point - engaging with stakeholders for sign off.
• Post-Production - Uploading decks to our compliance system as well as our Document management tool, Seismic.
• Work with a variety of stakeholders including investment and sales teams to update presentations. Produce PowerPoint product and strategy presentations.
• Have a solid understanding of the regulatory and compliance framework for asset management and ensure deck adherence
• Communicate effectively with the team on work and progress to allow for more agile management by the Presentations Lead in workflow meetings

Required Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics/Engineering or any related fields, and/or data management experience.
• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in finance (Asset management experience preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Seismic and/or SharePoint preferred.
• Experience of asset management data sets – Performance, Characteristics, holdings, etc.
• An understanding of Asset managers and Asset Management products.
• Ability to work effectively on multiple projects under tight deadlines and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Process driven and operationally focused.
• Demonstrable organizational skills and strong team working and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• IMC/IAQ preferred
