Associate/Senior Associate, Loan Syndications
Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Chennai
Department: Fund Services
Vacancy Type: Permanent
Work Timings: EMEA/Americas (Night Shift)
Work Mode: Hybrid
The position:
The main objective of the individual is to work closely with the Loan Operations group to support and deliver. The role requires strong Excel, communication skills. The successful candidate will be expected to work on various complex tools and coordinate with our global counterparts/Banks/Brokers to record activities and ensure accuracy
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Loan Syndication or Loan Operations
• Reviewing and processing of Settlement Doc of Loan
• Checking, processing Life cycle events such as Drawdown, Rollovers, RateSet, Paydown and others
• Have a knowledge of Global loan system like WSO/MARKIT/CLEARPAR
• Handling client queries on Life cycle event and trades

You're Profile:

• Any Graduate or Masters
• 2-8yrs of relevant experience into Loan Syndication / Loan Operations profile
• Experience in working across country lines and operating in a global, multinational organization, ideally in a matrix structure
• Demonstrable accomplishments relating to organizational change activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in global shifts (Including Night Shift)
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English & strong problem-solving skill
