Manage HR operations including HRMS administration, end-to-end onboarding, payroll and benefits, employee relations, data management and reporting, HR initiatives, events, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- HRMS Management: Oversee the HRMS system, ensuring accurate handling of employee data, and promoting its usage.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, from offer initiation on Workday to onboarding and pre-onboarding formalities. Create and maintain candidate records on the HRMS system.
- Payroll & Benefits: Handle payroll processing, full and final settlement, and manage employee PF, gratuity, and other benefits. Address queries related to company policies and benefits.
- Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee queries and grievances, manage sensitive issues with discretion, and support day-to-day people management challenges.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain the employee master database and generate HR reports, MIS, and organization charts. Analyze data to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- HR Initiatives: Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to implement HR initiatives and programs aligned with business priorities. Coordinate and manage company events and employee engagement activities.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelors /Post graduate degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in HR operations, including handling HRMS systems, recruitment, payroll, etc.
- Strong knowledge of HRMS systems (Zing/SAP/Workday) and HR processes
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, and employees query management
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.
