Job Title: Senior Associate, Global Markets Business Transformation
Location: Bangalore
Business & Team: IB&M Ops
Your impact & contribution:
You will support Global Markets India to execute on strategic initiatives, and implementation of products, processes and projects based on the needs of the Global Markets business.
You will work with stakeholders of all levels of seniority across the Group as you assist the Global Markets business to drive strategy, whilst ensuring ongoing awareness and review of risks
Your Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze and interpret sales performance data, identifying patterns, trends and insights to inform business strategy and drive sales growth

Sourcing and analysing data from multiple sources to develop insights into performance gaps, quality gaps and areas of improvement in the business, as they pertain to our product offering

Use data visualization tools and techniques to present and communicate complex analytical findings to sales leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Collaborate with sales teams and business stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide data driven insights that support sales strategies and initiatives.

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, data analysis tools and techniques to improve skill and expertise in the field.

Gather and analyse data from various sources such as databases, spreadsheets, trading platforms and market data vendors.
Your skills:
-
Demonstrated experience working in roles involving data analysis, Insights and Analytics or similar background
-
Strong knowledge of BI Tools, such as Tableau, Spotfire or Power BI
-
Strong knowledge of ETL tools, such as Alteryx and SQL
-
Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of dealing with a range of global stakeholders
-
Self-motivated and results focused

Strong attention to detail
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Sound understanding of various Banking and Financial Markets Products High energy, able to operate at pace and bring a growth mindset

Qualifications: Any Graduation
