The role involves managing PAF/PR processes for JioHotstar, coordinating with business and finance teams, ensuring timely approvals and compliance while tracking payouts and monthly cash flows.
The person in this role will be responsible for raising PAF / PR for JioHotstar. With the platform growing exponentially, the person shall be closing working in sync with Business, FP&A, Tax, Contract Team to ensure day operations are aligned.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understanding the project requirement in co-ordination with respective business teams
- Initiating PAF, PR request with business teams.
- Following up, identifying & clearing roadblock in approval stages.
- Ensuring PO’s are raised on time and shared with respective stake holders.
- Co-ordination with vendors for timely submission of invoices
- Maintaining payout trackers and co - ordinating with finance on payouts.
- Submission of monthly cash flow statements.
- Monthly closing, provisioning and accrual activities.
- Ensuring process compliance at every step of the process to maintain audit standards.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce with mandatory SAP knowledge and excellent Excel skills. Candidate who has work experience under Operations & Finance teams of the media industry would be preferred.
