Directing the development team in the identification, design, creation, and execution of technical solutions tailored to customer-centric processes. This Position will coordination with functional team and business partners to ensure a close fit between processes and the future system landscape. This requires consideration of organizational process and system interfaces for related functions.
Practical experience and a readiness to engage in development, documentation, and solution testing are essential.
The position utilizes industry knowledge to generate innovative concepts and plays a significant role in the creation of new frameworks and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud with other modules and third-party systems.
5+ years of experience in the analysis, design, development, customization and implementation of Oracle E-Business and Fusion applications.
Experience as a technical lead in delivering solutions starting from requirement gathering, design, development, testing till Go Live and Hypercare support.
Extensive experience in documentation of implementation of Oracle business solution using Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) for technical design and testing.
Knowledge of Procurement and O2C concepts, practices, and procedures.
Knowledge of Finance modules is a plus.
Identifies opportunities for improvement that will best meet with customer and company requirements.
SME for technical solutions and should guide customers through the design process and helped in providing optimal solution.
Proposed solid design solutions, coordinated activities to meet multiple project deadlines. Coordinated Business and technical team in defining user requirements, writing technical solutions and provided development efforts.
Hands on experience in RICEW development, BIP reports and OIC integrations, Excellent knowledge on Techno/Functional analysis on Interfaces/Legacy conversions, Views, Reports. Worked on FBDI templates for data migration.
Very strong Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement skills to seek inputs on prioritization, present frequent status updates and manage overall progress in a fast paced and ever-changing work environment.
A team player that collaborates well with peers, subordinates, superiors and partners. Excellent relationship-building skills. Ability to effectively manage others through influence. Good negotiation and facilitation skills.
Technology: Oracle Fusion BIP reports, OIC integration, FBDI templates, Forms, Reports, Workflow, PL/SQL, Web ADI.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances.
