We are looking for a skilled QA Manual Tester with 4+Years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the software testing lifecycle (STLC), be detail-oriented, and capable of designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test cases to ensure product quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyse system specifications, requirements, and user stories.
- Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, and track bugs/defects using tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Participate in test planning, test estimation, and test case review meetings.
- Ensure that testing deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing after code changes.
- Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test summary reports, and traceability matrices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in manual testing of web applications.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
- Experience in preparing and maintaining detailed test cases and defect reports.
- Knowledge of API testing using Postman (basic level).
- Familiarity with SQL queries for data validation.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Strong team player with good collaboration skills.
- Proactive approach to identifying risks and suggesting improvements.
- Ability to work independently and deliver quality outcomes within deadlines.
