Senior Analyst

3 + years of experience strong exposure to Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds with Operations background
Qualified BCom, MCom, MBA in Finance, Accountants, Inter CA, CPA, EA, Tax diploma, Accounting 
Understanding and working knowledge of IRS-US, CRA- Canada forms - W8/W9, CRS , T5013, K-1 ,1120 S, FATCA
Fund Documents like PPM, LPA, Prospectus, Subscription documents 
Provide tax support and guidance to clients, answering any related queries or concerns
Should possess good communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficient in MS office applications with good to have exposure to Advance Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to use sound judgment to meet regulatory standards.
Ready to work in EMEA and late EMEA shift, work location Mumbai – Arioli and work from office for 5 days
