Adobe Target Specialist
Role Summary
Own the build, deployment, and QA of experimentation and personalization programs using Adobe Target. Partner with marketing, analytics, and UX teams to translate business goals into high-quality experiments, ensure accurate measurement, and troubleshoot issues across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy A/B, MVT, and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target (VEC and Form-based).
- Configure experience targeting and audience-based experiments, including offers and experiences.
- Partner with analytics, marketing, and UX teams to shape test hypotheses, variants, and success metrics.
- Convert business requirements into well-structured Target activities with clear implementation logic.
- Debug and resolve issues across web, mobile web, and app environments, ensuring stable experiment delivery.
- Ensure seamless measurement and data capture integration with analytics and tag management ecosystems.
- Maintain strong QA standards, documentation, and release discipline across multiple concurrent experiments.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2-4 years of hands-on Adobe Target experience (VEC + Form-based).
- Strong front-end skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS (custom experience development).
- Experience with at least one tag management system (e.g., Adobe Launch, Tealium, GTM).
- Solid understanding of experimentation concepts: A/B, MVT, personalization, audiences, and reporting.
- Comfortable working in a client-facing, fast-paced environment managing multiple tests.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Exposure to broader digital analytics and experience platforms within Adobe’s ecosystem.
- Experience supporting US/EU clients in digital marketing, ecommerce, or BFSI domains.
- Familiarity with performance and debugging tools (e.g., browser developer tools, network debugging).
