The Senior Analyst - Operations ROI will be responsible for handling incoming requests for medical records from patients, healthcare providers, and other authorized entities. Qualification:
- Any non-technical bachelor’s degree (BSC, B-Pharma, B. Com, BA, Nursing, Life Science etc.)
- Experience: Senior Analyst - 3 to 6 years in any US Healthcare Process like Release of Information, Claims Adjudication/Adjustment, Medical Billing, RCM etc. Healthcare document retrieval experience will be an added advantage.
