About the Department:

Performance & Attribution team provides expert analysis on performance, attribution, risk statistics, and holdings data. This global team ensures accurate reporting and system integrity while collaborating with stakeholders across time zones, including Portfolio Managers, Client Services, Sales, and Risk teams. Joining this team offers exposure to cross-functional projects, advanced analytics tools, and opportunities to drive impactful process improvements

How You Will Add Value?
  • You will review portfolio performance and risk data for accuracy.

  • You will validate data and resolve exceptions to improve reporting quality.

  • You will provide clear commentary on performance and risk metrics.

  • You will identify and resolve complex data issues impacting reports.

  • You will ensure timely delivery of reports to clients and systems.

  • You will create and run custom reports and queries.

  • You will review accounts for compliance with GIPS and firm policies.

  • You will manage client requests and provide risk consulting services.

  • You will respond to performance and risk inquiries promptly.

  • You will prepare reports to meet regulatory and client standards.

  • You will lead projects and represent the team in cross-functional initiatives.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?

Experience, Education & Certifications:

  • Degree in Finance or Business; CIPM, CFA, or FRM preferred.

  • 5+ years in performance and risk reporting in financial services.

  • Strong background in investment risk and performance management.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in FactSet, Bloomberg PORT, Morningstar, and similar tools.

  • Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, Python, and automation.

  • Deep understanding of financial instruments and benchmarks.

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Work Shift Timings - 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST
