Senior Analyst (Data Analyst Cantor)

• Kindly note that Data analysts, BAs should have very strong data handling skills with experience working in Financial markets.

• Skills to look for:
    *   Data mapping
    *   Data remediation
    *   Data transformation
    *   Data migration
    *   Strong excel skills ->Especially around lookups, pivots, etc.

• Requirement gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and system requirements.

• Data analysis: Collect and interpret data to identify business trends, provide actionable insights, and support decision-making.

• Liaison and communication: Act as an intermediary between business users and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.

• Documentation: Create and maintain various documents, including process flows, user stories, reports, and system specifications.

• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), market trends, and project progress.

• Process improvement: Help identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements for business processes and systems.
