Job Description
7 – 10 years in software development, with at least 3 years focused on LLM application engineering, RAG, and agent frameworks.
Advanced mastery of Python, PyTorch/Transformers, LangChain, and LangGraph (state machine design, conditional routing, parallel execution).
Demonstrated experience building enterprise RAG pipelines over complex unstructured document sources (PDFs, multi-page tables, financial filings).
Deep understanding of vector representations, embedding models, distance metrics, and retrieval tuning.
Strong core software development discipline: async Python (asyncio), REST API design, microservices, and Git workflows.
