In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions that drive impactful changes in our products and services. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable AI applications that enhance user experience and streamline operations.
Your expertise will guide the implementation of machine learning models, data analytics, and AI algorithms to solve complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative AI models and algorithms tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software developers, and product managers to define project objectives and deliver high-quality AI solutions.
- Optimize machine learning models for performance, scalability, and real-time data processing.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and knowledge sharing sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies and techniques, and evaluate their applicability to ongoing projects.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in AI development practices and principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI development or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Expert knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
- Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices for deploying and monitoring machine learning models.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively within a team.
