Job requirements
Senior Specialist
What can you expect?
Manages own queue of work to ensure timely delivery
Understands Pensions and will not have defined set of rules and procedures when it comes to de-risking work.
Escalates delays appropriately
Ensures quality of data provided by taking end – to end responsibility of process delivery.
Self learning and will be required to use analytical tools and techniques.

Contributes to team-based approach in managing customer and stakeholder needs or completing projects.
Accountable for individual results only
Knowledge of DB pensions
Identifying anomalies in member data provided and to generate revenue opportunities
Knowledge and Skills:
Good communication skills
Good Knowledge of Word/Excel
Gathers knowledge through on the job training
Education:
Graduate (Commerce preferable)
Eligibility: Graduate with 4-6 years of experience
Desirable: Experience in DB Pensions and PMI Qualifications will be added advantage
