Job Responsibilities :

• Work in a truly global environment with colleagues based in Sweden, Greece, Canada and India.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, including accurately interpreting complex financial data.
• Expertise in using financial software and tools to streamline data processing and analysis.
• Agility in adapting to changing financial regulations and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in identifying and resolving complex accounting issues and discrepancies
• Strong knowledge of Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing Return, and Income Tax Return preparation and filing, including managing scrutiny and handling assessments.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with secretarial matters and coordinate with company secretaries to ensure all forms are filed within the stipulated due dates.
• Familiarity with Secretarial Compliance, including coordinating ROC filings and updates with the Company Secretary.
• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data as per Indian GAAP.
• Ensure compliance with regulations by forwarding required information to federal, state, and local authorities.
• Offer support and guidance during audits.
• Ability to collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and reviews.
• Evaluate tax regulations and suggest policies that diminish tax burden.
• Experience in maintaining proper documentation for all tax matters and preparing necessary supporting schedules.
• Research new & existing legislation and industry trends as well as automation within the Tax technology area.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual tax reports.
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements (balance sheets, P&L, cash flow, CARO) and collaborating with auditors.

• Master's degree in accounting or a related field.

• A minimum of 8-9 years’ experience as a Senior accountant or similar role.
• Good understanding of MS Office and accounting software D365.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in verbal and written English
• Knowledge of Income tax, GST and Companies Act, 2013
• In-depth knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes.
• Ethical behaviour and attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment, as part of a multinational team
• Ability to prioritize well, multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement attitude
