We are looking for a Senior Account Manager (Web & Digital Projects) to lead website and digital marketing projects for key client accounts. This role focuses on managing web design, web development, and campaign-related digital work from planning through to launch and optimisation.
You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and aligned with both brand and performance goals.
RequirementsRESPONSIBILITIES
CLIENT MANAGEMENT
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Lead project kick-off meetings and clarify goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Translate client requirements into clear briefs for design and development teams.
- Provide regular updates and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and delivery excellence.
PROJECT DELIVERY
- Manage end-to-end website projects, including redesigns, new builds, and landing page development.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource coordination.
- Ensure work is delivered in accordance with the agreed scope and quality standards.
- Support content, UX, and SEO alignment during the build process.
- Coordinate testing, QA, and launch processes to ensure smooth deployment.
DIGITAL & PERFORMANCE ALIGNMENT
- Ensure websites and landing pages are built with performance in mind (SEO structure, mobile responsiveness, page speed).
- Support the implementation of analytics and basic conversion tracking.
- Review performance data post-launch and recommend improvements.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, such as CRO, SEO, or ongoing optimisation.
INTERNAL COLLABORATION
- Work closely with designers, developers, strategists, and content teams.
- Prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- Flag potential risks early and help problem-solve solutions.
- Maintain clear documentation, including project timelines and scope updates.
- Previous experience in account management, digital project management, or digital marketing.
- Experience managing website or digital build projects (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of how websites support marketing performance.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles, website structure, and analytics.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working with remote or cross-functional teams.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
