Security Analyst, InfoSec
We are seeking to hire a Security Analyst to join our InfoSec Team in Mumbai. This resource will support the security architecture team in technical reviews and assessments, will coordinate security reviews, stakeholder engagement, and conduct project activities. The resource will act as a central point of collaboration across business, operations, technology, and security team while managing multiple requests, priorities, actions, and follow-ups. This role will be in Hybrid mode and must work in 2pm – 11pm IST hours.
The day-to-day responsibilities include but not limited to:
Coordinate and support technical reviews across multiple projects and teams
Manage review intake, scheduling, tracking, and stakeholder communication
Gather business, operational, and technology requirements
Coordinate meetings, workshops, peer reviews, and follow-up sessions
Track remediation actions, risks, decisions, dependencies, and approval conditions
Follow up with owners to ensure timely completion of remediation actions
Prepare review notes, summaries, status updates, and recommendations
Maintain review records, trackers, templates, and supporting evidence
Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and business owners
Manage multiple reviews and shifting priorities
Escalate delays, blockers, and unresolved concerns
Support reporting, governance meetings, and team planning
Help improve review workflows, templates, and engagement processes
Complete assigned tasks with minimal oversight
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, or technology with 2-4 years of information security experience
Strong engagement, coordination, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, reviews, and stakeholders
Ability to translate business, operational, and technology requirements into clear security requests
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Strong research and analytical skills
Understanding of vulnerabilities, and cyber threats
Excellent time management and organization skills
Ability to plan and complete tasks with minimal oversight
Strong attention to detail
Strong personal integrity and professional judgement
Commitment to delivering high-quality results
Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities
