We are looking for a dynamic Sector Sales Specialist for our Manufacturing sector to champion and drive our growth across India. You'll be at the forefront of developing and executing the sales and marketing strategy for your assigned sector.

Role Overview: This is a pivotal role where your expertise will directly impact our revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability. You'll take full ownership of all sales and marketing activities within your sector, serving our diverse customer base across the region.
A key part of your mission will be to responsible to achieve your Budget and in the process develop new customers and retain existing customers across your assigned region and ensuring we hit our key performance indicators. You'll report directly to the Manufacturing Sector Lead, India, playing a crucial part in our success.
What you’ll do:
Drive Revenue Growth: Lead high-velocity sales efforts with a focus on new business acquisition and repeat business within manufacturing environments.
Territory & Pipeline Management: Conduct systematic territory analysis, maintain a high-volume opportunity pipeline, and deliver accurate short-term forecasts through disciplined CRM management.
Technical Solution Configuration: Perform rapid on-site assessments and quickly configure standard solutions to address manufacturing production challenges, maintenance needs, and emergency support requirements.
Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with plant managers, production engineers, facility managers, and other operational decision-makers.
Opportunity & Project Management: Manage multiple concurrent opportunities across various project stages with sales cycles of 2–8 weeks, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent customer engagement.
Value-Based Selling & Competitive Pricing: Uphold pricing discipline in competitive bids while clearly articulating value propositions and translating complex technical requirements into clear, customer-friendly messaging.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
You have minimally 3-6 years of proven track record in the Manufacturing sector in India, ideally within power generation or temperature control rentals. You're well-connected with major end-users, consultants, and contractors.
You're financially and commercially savvy, with a sharp focus on customer needs and achieving results.
You're quick to grasp new products and applications, with a solid technical understanding.
You're proficient in sales processes, know your way around CRM systems, and have a history of driving successful outcomes.
Your interpersonal skills are top-notch, allowing you to communicate effectively and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
