The role involves managing trading platforms, administering servers, handling exchange connectivity, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Your Role
- Manage and troubleshoot trading platforms (NEAT, BOLT, Omnesys, CTCL/IBT) across Retail and Direct Exchange setups
- Administer Unix/Linux and Windows servers; maintain low-latency trading network architecture
- Handle exchange connectivity (leased lines, MPLS, co-location) and file management for NSE/BSE/MCX
- Execute System, CTCL and ALGO audits with documentation and coordination across Compliance, RMS and exchanges
- Implement exchange-mandated security controls, IP whitelisting and compliance protocols
- Support FIX protocol applications and assist foreign traders with connectivity issues
- Manage vendor relationships for procurement, issue resolution and service delivery
Qualifiers
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and trading systems support (Omnesys)
- Strong Linux (Red Hat) and Windows server administration skills
- Experience with exchange audits (System, CTCL, ALGO) and regulatory compliance
