This role involves developing, customising, and maintaining our SAP solutions to streamline and optimise our business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP BtP, ABAP programming, and experience with Fiori apps development. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Clean Core, and Cloud Ready principles. Experience SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) solutions will be an added advantage.

The Opportunity

• Lead the technical design and implementation of SAP solutions in our company’s SAP portfolio including SAP Global Trade Services, ensuring alignment with business requirements and IT standards, including integration with SAP S/4HANA.

• Develop and maintain the technical architecture for SAP Solutions within our internal landscape, edition for SAP HANA 2023 and future versions, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Oversee the development and integration of SAP solutions utilising SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to optimise business processes and enhance operational efficiency

• Create comprehensive documentation for developed solutions and share knowledge with team members to facilitate ongoing support and project developments.

• Ensure SAP solutions implementations comply with trade regulations, cybersecurity standards, and SAP architecture best practices.

• Setup the standard Fiori applications and develop custom Fiori applications to improve user experience.

• Lead migration of SAP Solutions such as SAP GTS version 11 to SAP GTS, edition for SAP HANA, planning and executing with minimal business disruption.

• Maintain Clean Core: Develop customizations outside the core SAP system, leveraging SAP Cloud Platform to ensure a clean core.

• Cloud Readiness: Design SAP solutions that are cloud-ready, ensuring scalability and flexibility for cloud integrations.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

• SAP S/4HANA Experience: Experience in technical architecture and application development on SAP S/4HANA.

• Technical Skills: Strong background in SAP ABAP development, SAP FIORI, custom development, and performance tuning. Familiar with integration technologies especially APIs.

• Experienced with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) will be considered a plus, indicating a candidate's ability to leverage SAP’s cloud platform for extending and integrating SAP applications.

• SAP GTS Expertise: Experience with SAP GTS, edition for SAP HANA 2023 and its functionalities.

• General knowledge regarding SAP FI/CO, SD, MM business processes.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
