What You Bring:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience with SAP ERP, including deep expertise in Sourcing & Procurement and MM, MRP, Demand & Forecasting Planning, Consumption-based Planning, Class & classification, and Flexible Workflow.
- Completed at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
- Strong functional understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, inventory management, and purchasing workflows.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure quality delivery across all project phases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead workshops and interact with executive stakeholders.
- Proven experience in training end-users and supporting post-go-live adoption. SAP certifications in Sourcing & Procurement and/or MM are a strong plus.
What You'll Do:
- Sourcing & Procurement to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions with a strong focus on Sourcing & Procurement and Materials Management (MM).
- This role requires deep SAP ERP expertise, excellent leadership skills, and hands-on experience with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
- The ideal candidate will serve as the primary client-facing expert, responsible for overseeing all project deliverables, validating consultant work, and delivering effective training to end-users.
- Act as the lead S/4HANA, focused on Sourcing & Procurement and MM processes. Own the end-to-end solution design and ensure alignment with client business needs and SAP best practices.
- Lead and guide the project delivery team, reviewing and validating the work of functional and technical consultants. Manage all aspects of project delivery, including scoping, solutioning, integration, testing, deployment, and training.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across modules such as FICO, SD, and Warehouse Management.
- Provide expert-level training to client end-users to drive system adoption and operational readiness. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all SAP S/4HANA Procurement-related topics.
