The RoleWe are looking for a seasoned SAP Program Manager with a strong background in SAP Project Systems (SAP PS / EPPM) and SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to lead strategic SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. The ideal candidate will bring proven delivery experience across full lifecycle SAP initiatives, exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to lead distributed and multi-vendor teams in complex client environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs from inception to go-live, ensuring delivery to scope, time, budget, and quality.
Define and implement robust program governance and delivery frameworks, encompassing IT, business, and change management components.
Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to ensure program success and alignment with strategic objectives.
Act as SAP Functional SME for SAP PS / EPPM and SAP EAM modules across ongoing programs.
Manage geographically distributed teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure effective program execution.
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, influencing key decisions and managing expectations.
Drive RISE with SAP and Grow with SAP (S/4HANA Public Cloud) programs, including Fit-to-Standard workshops, starter system activation, and transition planning.
Lead proposal preparation, financial reviews, and client presentations, creating compelling value propositions.
Mentor and coach consulting teams to build delivery excellence within the organization.
12+ years of SAP experience, including 7+ years as an SAP Functional Expert in SAP PS / EPPM & SAP EAM.
Proven experience managing at least 2 Greenfield SAP S/4HANA Implementations as an SAP Project/Program Manager.
Minimum 1 S/4HANA Public Cloud (Grow with SAP) implementation with Fit-to-Standard methodology and Starter System Activation.
Strong understanding of RISE with SAP methodology and private cloud environment management.
Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale SAP programs with multi-vendor and globally distributed teams.
Proven expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, and SAP delivery methodologies.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills at senior stakeholder (C-level) levels.
Experience preparing proposals, managing budgets, and presenting business cases.
Track record of mentoring and developing consulting teams.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
