About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Integration Consultant to join our team, supporting enterprise integration initiatives across SAP and third-party landscapes. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP ECC integration architecture and hands-on experience with middleware/integration platforms used in large-scale enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support integration solutions between SAP ECC and third-party/external systems
- Work extensively on PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration) for interface design, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Build and maintain SAP Interfaces (IDocs, RFCs, Web Services, File-based, etc.)
- Configure and support integrations using middleware/ESB platforms such as MuleSoft (MF), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Service Bus (SB), IBM DataPower, and similar tools
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs
- Perform end-to-end testing, debugging, and performance tuning of interfaces
- Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and resolution for integration issues
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation (interface specs, design documents, mapping documents)
- Ensure integration solutions adhere to security, compliance, and best-practice standards
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, with a strong focus on SAP integration
- Hands-on expertise in SAP ECC
- Strong experience with SAP PI/PO (design, configuration, monitoring)
- Solid understanding of SAP Interfaces — IDoc, RFC, Proxy, Web Services, etc.
- Proven experience integrating SAP with third-party systems using middleware platforms such as:
- MuleSoft (MF)
- Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)
- Service Bus (SB)
- IBM DataPower
- Or equivalent integration/middleware tools
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional and client teams
- Experience working in large, complex, multi-vendor enterprise environments preferred
