Manage SAP Project Systems implementation, development, and support activities. Gather requirements, design and configure SAP PS and CO solutions, create functional specifications and process documentation, develop blueprint presentations and process flows, and manage testing, training materials, user support, and client communications. Integrate PS with SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, Dassian, and external applications while providing status updates and coordinating onsite teams and clients.

Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support
Activities regard to SAP Project Systems and Dassin experience
Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly.
Ability to create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint that need to be conveyed and be able to present them to the client.
Ability to create Process Flows in Microsoft Visio’s for the client’s proposed business processes.
Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business
Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.
Ability to configure SAP PS (Project Systems) and deliver work products / packages
Ability to handle SAP CO along with SAP PS to meet the business requirements.
Strong configuration hands on experience in Project Systems.
Integration of the PS module with other SAP modules and with external applications.
In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP implementation:

Must Have :
8 to 15 years of working on the PS module in SAP implementation projects and hands on experience with Accounting and CO is a must.

Create project structures such as WBS, Network and Activities etc.

Resource Planning
Create Project Forecasts
Revenue Planning
Confirmation via CATS
Create Billing Plans
Transfer Prices for Projects
Resource Related Billing
Project Payments
Create Project versions
Track project progress
Workflow in PS
Assembly Processing in PS
Customer Projects
Accounting Billing based activity Allocation
Milestone Billing
Integration with Dassian
Should have good written and oral communication skills
Must be a good team player
Able to manage integration with Functional Areas:
SAP FI/CO
SAP MM
SAP SD
SAP HR
Nice to Have :
SAP Certification on PS Module and FICO Module
Dassin with PS integration experience
Used Solution Manager in the implementation.
Experience in Collaboration Projects is added advantage.
Training / Awareness on Net Weaver Components
