Design, implement, test, and support SAP Hybris e‑commerce solutions. Translate requirements into designs, build prototypes and production code, perform unit tests and code reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver enhancements and fixes.

- As part of a team, performs analysis, design, implementation, unit tests, and code reviews. Works with business stakeholders, managers, and other developers to create solutions to business problems.
- Translates functional requirements into conceptual and detailed designs; Provides estimates for development effort; Implementing proof of concept, prototypes and production-grade software; writes unit tests;
- Supports Avantor internal and global web applications for enhancements and break-fix.
- Prepare reports or correspondence concerning project specifications, activities, or status.

THOSE NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE JOB COMPETENTLY:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience and/or certificates.
- 5+ years of E-Commerce development with at least 3 years in SAP Hybris Commerce / SAP Cloud Commerce
- Hands on Experience on Hybris Core Architecture, Cockpits, Impex, SmartEdit and PCM/Backoffice Customization
- Knowledge of Spartacus, Zul backend development, Solr.
- Java, J2EE (Servlets, JSP, JDBC, JMS, Transactions), Restful API, JSON, XML/XSLT, Java script.
- Experience on open-source tools and frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, ANT, MAVEN, JUNIT.
- Good knowledge and understanding of DOM, HTML, CSS and JavaScript OOP, MVC, Responsive, Javacript/Jquery and object oriented concept
- Experience on either of Application Servers – JBOSS, Tomcat.
- Experience working with Apache/Nginix.
- Knowledge and understanding of relational database structure and design using Azure Sql, Oracle 11G & PostgreSql.
