SAP DATASPHERE DEVELOPER

We are looking for a talented and skilled SAP Datasphere Developer to enhance our development team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data models, views, and integration solutions within the SAP Datasphere environment. With a deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem and hands-on experience in Datasphere development, you will contribute to the efficient transformation and integration of data, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Responsibilities

• Review and optimize existing CDS views, applying industry best practices to build Datasphere views.
• Design and implement data models, create graphical and SQL-based views, and incorporate complex business logic.
• Analyze and enhance view performance and scalability, ensuring efficient data processing.
• Convert custom and Standard ABAP reports into reusable data models, improving data accessibility.
• Utilize SAC or scripting languages like Python for advanced data modeling and analysis.
• Build and configure stories and analytical dashboards using SAC, enhancing data visualization.
• Document data models, views, and development work, ensuring clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams, adapting to changing requirements and ensuring seamless integration.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP Datasphere technologies and best practices, driving innovation within the team.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a DataSphere developer, with a strong focus on SAC and SAP ecosystem knowledge.
• Extensive experience developing Datasphere artifacts such as views, data models, replication flow, and data flows.
• Proven track record in delivering end-to-end data transformation and integration solutions.
• Solid understanding of SAP Datasphere architecture, spaces, data builder, and modeling concepts.
• Experience working with large datasets and incorporating complex business logic, with expertise in optimizing views and models.
• Working knowledge of SAC and scripting languages like Python is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of various ETL techniques for seamless integration from ECC to Datasphere.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Adaptability to changing project needs and requirements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
