Job Overview: We are looking for SAP Consultant/ Senior Consultant - Finance (FI/CO) - Japanese Speaker to be working on our Japan projects with the possibility of relocating to Japan.

Job Title: SAP Consultant/ Senior Consultant - Finance (FI/CO)

Modules: P2DP, P2RFA, MP2C, D2P, R2A

Locations: Japan (On-site), Malaysia (Hybrid), India (Hybrid), Indonesia (Remote), Philippines (Remote), Thailand (Remote), Vietnam (Remote)

Working Mode: Flexible working arrangements (hybrid or remote) are available, and relocation to Japan is possible for selected candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure SAP Finance modules (e.g., FI-GL, AP, AR, AA) to meet business needs.

• Lead or support business workshops using finance and accounting terminology.

• Apply knowledge of Japan-specific legal, tax, and reporting requirements in SAP solutions.

• Perform data migration for finance-related master and transactional data.

• Deliver high-quality project outcomes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Support pre-sales efforts including proposal development and client presentations.

• Contribute to internal initiatives such as creating Japan-specific templates and documentation.

Required Skills and Experiences:

• Minimum 5+ years experiences of SAP Finance functional experience.

  • For P2DP - Manufacturing & Product costing

  • For P2RFA - CAPEX projects, Fixed assets, IFRS 16 Leasing

  • For MP2C - Account receivable, revenue recognition, contracting, rebates

  • For D2P - Accounts payable, integration with procurement

  • For R2A - General Ledger, management accounting, Japan tax rules

• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2) and English (verbal and written) is a must.

• Completed at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

• Strong understanding of finance business processes and SAP configuration.

• Hands-on experience in data migration for finance objects.

• Familiarity with Japan's local financial regulations and statutory requirements is a plus.

• Exposure to working with Japanese clients or in Japan-based projects.

• Prior involvement in pre-sales, proposals, or solutioning.
