We are seeking a highly strategic, leader with deep expertise in SAP Analytics environments. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in professional services analytics and a demonstrated ability to translate firm strategy into measurable business outcomes through data-driven insights. This individual will partner closely with stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with organizational priorities, driving performance, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making across the firm.

• EisnerAmper is seeking a highly strategic and forward‑thinking Offshore Lead with deep expertise across SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Business Data Cloud, and SAP Datasphere. This leader will play a pivotal role in modernizing the firm’s analytics ecosystem, shaping enterprise data strategy, and enabling trusted, real‑time insights that drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and executive decision‑making.

• As part of a firm that values innovation, autonomy, and impact, you will help transform how EisnerAmper leverages data as a strategic asset. You’ll partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with organizational priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Lead and manage a full‑time offshore analytics team supporting enterprise‑wide SAP analytics initiatives.

• Translate firm‑level strategy into actionable analytics roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.

• Architect, modernize, and optimize SAC, Datasphere, and Business Data Cloud environments to support scalable, trusted, real‑time insights.

• Define, standardize, and operationalize firm‑wide KPIs, dashboards, and analytics frameworks.

• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders—including Finance, Operations, Technology, and Executive Leadership—to identify analytics opportunities and deliver data‑driven solutions.

• Oversee the development of SAC stories, planning models, predictive analytics, and integrated data models.

• Ensure data governance, quality, and security standards are consistently applied across analytics platforms.

• Drive continuous improvement across analytics processes, delivery models, and team capabilities.

• Mentor and guide offshore team members, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

• Support change management efforts to increase analytics adoption and data literacy across the firm.

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Data Cloud, and SAP Datasphere.

• Proven experience leading offshore or distributed analytics teams in a professional services environment.

• Strong understanding of enterprise data modeling, semantic layers, and analytics architecture.

• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into analytics solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

• Experience designing CDS Views, SAC dashboards, planning models, and data integrations across SAP and non‑SAP systems.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on operational efficiency, performance improvement, and data‑driven decision‑making.

• Extensive experience integrating data from SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and BW/4HANA into SAP Datasphere using Data Flows, Replication Flows, and CDS/OData‑based extraction.

• Strong proficiency in Datasphere data modeling, including fact/dimension models, semantic modeling, federated views, and space‑based architecture.

• Hands‑on expertise exposing Datasphere models to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) through live and import connections for reporting, planning, and KPI dashboards.

• Skilled in building end‑to‑end data pipelines supporting real‑time and batch analytics across SAP and non‑SAP systems.

• Deep understanding of data governance, lineage, quality, and security within Datasphere and SAC environments.

• Proven ability to optimize performance and ensure seamless, trusted data flow across the SAP analytics landscape.

• Experience in professional services, financial services, or consulting environments.

• Expertise in KPI standardization, enterprise reporting frameworks, and analytics governance.

• Familiarity with SAP BTP, data federation, and cloud‑based data architecture.

• Background in predictive analytics, advanced modeling, or AI‑enabled insights within SAC.

• Ability to drive organizational change and increase analytics adoption across diverse business groups.

• Strong leadership presence with a track record of mentoring and developing high‑performing teams.

• Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments where innovation and autonomy are encouraged.
