Salesforce Architect – Job DescriptionRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce Core technologies, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Data Cloud, Agentforce, solution architecture, and pre-sales engagements. This role requires a strong technical leader who can collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
Must Have- Over 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, with at least 4–5 years in a Solution Architect role.

- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce FSC data models, business processes, and industry best practices.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and guide implementation delivery.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to define optimal Salesforce solutions.

- Experience supporting RFPs, solution estimations, and client presentations during pre-sales engagements.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance methodologies.

- Conduct architecture workshops, discovery sessions, and technical assessments.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration and CRM transformation programs.
- Experience working with global delivery teams and enterprise clients.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex delivery programs effectively.
