Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ. Report defects, collaborate with developers to resolve issues, and perform sprint-level and smoke testing to ensure product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases
- Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ functionalities
- Report defects and work with developers for resolution
- Participate in sprint-level testing and smoke checks
Requirements:
- 4+ years' experience in QA/testing roles
- Experience testing CRM or CPQ applications preferred
- Familiarity with test case management tools and bug tracking systems
- Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
- ISTQB /TOSCA certifications preferred. Salesforce Admin/ PD I certifications would be a plus.
