The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Salesforce Developer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by building scalable, user-focused solutions that streamline business processes and empower teams to work more efficiently across the organization.
Principle Responsibilities (essential job duties and responsibilities):
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce implementations, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other platforms using tools like MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, or middleware solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and release management processes.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and platform capabilities.
- Demonstrate initiative and a growth mindset with the potential to mentor junior developers in the future.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components)
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules), and custom objects
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to work collaboratively
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Gearset or Copado
- Knowledge of integration platforms or experience working with external APIs
- Leadership qualities or prior experience mentoring others
- ServiceMax knowledge
