Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with over five years of hands-on expertise to architect and deliver advanced solutions on the Salesforce platform. As a key contributor, you will lead the design and development of complex customizations, integrations, and scalable applications that support critical business functions. You will also mentor junior developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay current with Salesforce innovations to drive continuous improvement in our client solutions and organizational initiatives.
Software Requirements
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL
Experience architecting scalable solutions with integrations via REST and SOAP APIs
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git, and setting up CI/CD pipelines using platforms like Jenkins, Gearset, or Salesforce DX
Proven understanding of business requirement analysis, translating into technical specifications
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and declarative customization options
Preferred Skills:
Experience with MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or other middleware integration tools
Exposure to large enterprise implementations, multi-org environments, and data migration
Familiarity with advanced Lightning Web Components development and design patterns
Knowledge of development lifecycle management, testing automation, and release management
Overall Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and automation workflows to meet business needs
Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to interpret requirements into scalable technical solutions
Develop and implement Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and related artifacts following best practices
Conduct thorough code reviews, testing, and debug activities to ensure high-quality deliverables
Optimize Salesforce applications for performance, security, and compliance
Support integration efforts with external systems while maintaining data security and integrity standards
Mentor junior developers and team members in Salesforce development best practices and coding standards
Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to enhance solution innovation and technical excellence
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for development practices, automation, and deployment processes

Languages & Frameworks:
Essential: Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL
Preferred: Aura Components, JavaScript ES6+, Java, or other related languages
Data & Integration:
Essential: Salesforce data modeling, security, APIs (REST, SOAP), Data Loader
Preferred: Middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), external integration platforms
Development Tools & Methodologies:
Essential: Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, Git, CI/CD pipelines

Experience Requirements
Over 5 years of professional Salesforce development experience with demonstrated project delivery in enterprise environments
Proven experience designing complex customizations, automations, and integrations
Experience working within Agile environments, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and delivery cycles
Solid understanding of Salesforce data security, sharing model, and platform best practices
Industry experience in finance, healthcare, or large enterprise systems is a plus; equivalents from other sectors are acceptable
Day-to-Day Activities
Develop and customize Salesforce solutions (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows) based on business requirements
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other technical teams to refine requirements and implement scalable solutions
Conduct thorough code review sessions, unit testing, and deployment planning
Troubleshoot operational issues, optimize system performance, and ensure security standards are met
Document technical designs, configuration, and deployment processes for future reference
Participate in Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Stay informed on Salesforce updates and emerging best practices, applying insights to ongoing projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Platform Developer I & II are preferred
Proven ability to deliver complex Salesforce projects with both declarative and programmatic solutions
