Develop and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integrations with Claude.ai and other systems. Support org consolidation, data migration, CPQ and quoting enhancements, automated testing, CI/CD, release processes, and security governance. Collaborate with administrators, architects, and stakeholders on solution design, document implementations, and enable support teams.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to build and extend our Sales Cloud platform and the AI-powered applications layered on top of it. This is a hands-on build role: you will develop custom Apex and Lightning Web Components, integrate Salesforce with Claude.ai to bring AI capability directly into seller workflows, and help consolidate our Salesforce footprint into a single, well-governed org.
You will work alongside Salesforce Administrators, Architects, and product stakeholders, and you will own your solutions implementation from collaborating on solutioning and best design to building solutions.
Responsibilities
- Sales Cloud development — design, build, and maintain custom functionality across Sales Cloud using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow, with a focus on scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Claude.ai-integrated applications — collaborate on implementing and supporting applications that integrate Salesforce with Claude.ai and related AI services
- Integrations — develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and upstream and downstream systems
- Org consolidation — support multi-org consolidation efforts spanning metadata alignment, data migration, and harmonization of permissions and the sharing model.
- CPQ and quoting — implement and enhance CPQ functionality and other revenue-related Salesforce capabilities.
- Quality and delivery — Ensure code quality, testing, CI/CD best practices and adherence to release processes.
- Collaboration — partner with Admins, Architects, and product stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, and contribute to a regular cadence of product roadmap and release communication for internal stakeholders.
- Documentation and enablement — document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to support and operations teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL and Flows
- Strong working knowledge of Sales Cloud configuration, its underlying data model, security and sharing model, etc.
- Experience with Gitlab, Salesforce CLI (SFDX), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Work experience in financial services or recurring revenue heavy SaaS business is preferred
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification; Platform Developer II preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to multi-org consolidation and large-scale data migration.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or a custom quoting implementation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tooling
- Experience delivering in an Agile environment.
