Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning and OmniStudio. Gather requirements, build integrations via REST/SOAP, create reports/dashboards, ensure data integrity and security, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior developers while staying current with Salesforce best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to meet business needs.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and updates to ensure the platform is optimized and utilized effectively.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
Required Qualifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Certification
- Salesforce OmniStudio Developer Certification
- Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Certification
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with other Salesforce products and features, such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
