Role Description
We are looking for a motivated
fresher to join our Salesforce practice and build a career in the Salesforce
ecosystem. This role offers hands-on exposure to CRM implementations, business
processes, and cloud technologies while working alongside experienced
consultants and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn Salesforce fundamentals including Sales Cloud,
Service Cloud, and platform capabilities
- Assist in requirement gathering, documentation, and
solution design
- Support configuration activities such as objects,
fields, workflows, and reports
- Participate in testing (UAT), data validation, and
deployment support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including
business, QA, and technical teams
- Provide basic user support and troubleshoot issues
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and
best practices
Requirements
- Basic understanding
of CRM concepts and business processes
- Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills
- Good communication
and documentation abilities
- Willingness to learn
cloud technologies and certifications
- Familiarity with
Excel and basic data handling
Good to Have
- Exposure to
Salesforce (Trailhead, internships, certifications)
- Basic knowledge of
APIs or integrations
- Understanding of
databases or programming fundamentals
