The Senior Developer will design and develop Agentforce solutions, create AI-powered virtual agents, optimize systems, lead CI/CD processes, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions.
As a Senior Developer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical design and development of cutting-edge Agentforce solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating AI-powered virtual agents, enhancing real-time agent assistance, and revolutionizing field service automation. This role demands a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies, including Einstein AI, LWC, and Agentforce, to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and development of Agentforce solutions, including AI-powered virtual agents and real-time agent assist.
- Architect scalable data models and optimize Apex and LWC performance for efficient and reliable systems.
- Implement event-driven architectures using Platform Events and Change Data Capture for seamless data management.
- Set up CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and automated development processes, utilizing tools like Gearset or Copado.
- Conduct thorough peer code reviews to maintain high code quality and mentor junior developers for their growth.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to conversation flows and integration errors, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance our solutions.
- Document and communicate technical designs and decisions effectively to ensure a shared understanding within the team.
- 6+ years of extensive Salesforce development experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Deep expertise in Agentforce/Einstein AI, including Einstein Intent and Entity, is mandatory for this role.
- Proficiency in LWC and at least one successful Agentforce implementation in production is a key requirement.
- Strong preference for Salesforce PDII or Application Architect certification, showcasing advanced Salesforce knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide and inspire junior developers.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate complex technical concepts.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, always seeking to improve and enhance our Salesforce solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable code.
