Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by screening leads, making cold calls, connecting with prospects, and managing cold data effectively. This role demands a high level of patience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and responsibilities
- Evaluate incoming leads to determine their potential and relevance to our offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Initiate outbound calls to potential prospects from provided data.
- Build rapport with prospects and effectively communicate UniAthena’s value proposition.
- Connect with potential clients to understand their needs and introduce relevant courses or programs.
- Schedule follow-ups and ensure timely communication.
- Work on cold data to identify opportunities and update contact information.
- Regularly clean and organize data to optimise outreach efforts.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and engagement trends to improve overall effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships over the phone.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High levels of patience and resilience to handle repetitive tasks and challenging conversations
