Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst

Reports to: Head of Sales

Location: Bengaluru (On-site, 5 days a week)

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Quality Analyst to join our Sales team in our Bangalore office. In this role, you will work very closely with the Head of Sales, based in the UK, to support and optimise the quality and efficiency of our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying areas of improvement within sales processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting cross-functional initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct regular quality audits on sales processes, ensuring compliance and identifying improvement areas.
  • Monitor CRM data accuracy (HubSpot) and review customer interactions for consistency.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations to optimise processes, track improvements, and maintain process documentation.
  • Analyse sales metrics (conversion rates, pipeline velocity) and develop performance dashboards.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity, manage workflows, and support system updates.
  • Provide ongoing training and support on sales processes, quality standards, and CRM best practices.

Who you are

  • 2+ years in quality assurance, data analysis, or sales operations.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and familiarity with B2B sales processes.
