Manages the full sales cycle, including prospecting, cold calling, networking, client meetings, presentations, negotiations, site visits, proposal follow-up, complaint handling, and deal closure. Builds customer relationships, identifies new business opportunities, maintains prospect databases, gathers customer feedback, coordinates accurate service delivery with internal teams, tracks sales operations in CRM systems, reports results to management, and works toward monthly and annual sales targets.
