Key Responsibilities
- Market Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within India.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to establish Zeeco’s presence and expand market reach.
- Customer Engagement:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiries to formalized project requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Technical Solutions:
- Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate project scopes to develop tailored technical and commercial solutions.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure accurate and customer-aligned proposals.
- Site Visits and Troubleshooting:
- Conduct site surveys and client facility visits, offering hands-on expertise for problem-solving and project evaluation.
- Proposal Creation:
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
- Sales Support & Execution:
- Collaborate with Zeeco’s internal teams, including project engineers, purchasing, logistics, and manufacturing, for smooth project handovers.
- Provide post-order assistance and maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure project satisfaction.
- Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate and finalize commercial terms and conditions to secure successful project closings.
- Quality and Compliance:
- Uphold Zeeco’s health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards to ensure all projects meet rigorous quality requirements.
Education & Experience
- Strong technical or engineering background, ideally with formal qualifications in engineering.
- Proven track record in project sales and business development within the oil and gas or combustion equipment industries.
- Mechanical or process engineering experience, with practical site exposure or commissioning experience preferred.
Skills & Attributes
- Highly organized, driven, and adaptable, with excellent negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and related tools for reporting and proposal preparation.
Travel Readiness
- Willingness to travel extensively within India to develop and maintain client relationships.
