Key Responsibilities:
•    Sales & Revenue Generation
•    Achieve budgeted sales, volume, and contribution targets for Fine Chemicals & Intermediates.
•    Monitor and report performance metrics regularly.
•    Business Development
•    Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
•    Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
•    Drive profitable growth by leveraging core strengths and market insights.
•    Strategic Marketing & Value Proposition
•    Collaborate with marketing to transition from product-based selling to solution-based selling.
•    Support value-based pricing strategies for current and future offerings.
•    Innovation & Technical Integration
•    Co-lead innovative projects with the Application Lab to support customer-specific solutions.
•    Stay updated on emerging technologies and commercial trends relevant to the product portfolio.
•    Risk & Compliance Management
•    Continuously assess business risks and communicate proactively with senior leadership.
•    Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
•    Brand & Market Positioning
•    Strengthen Azelis India's brand image as a responsive, customer-centric, and sustainable partner.
•    Develop winning propositions for Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers in collaboration with technical teams.
•    Cross-functional Coordination
•    Facilitate effective communication between internal stakeholders including R&D, marketing, legal, and business creation teams.

Skills & Competencies:
•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, Organic Chemistry, or Pharmacy.
•    Minimum 10 years of experience in the chemical industry sales.
•    Strong commercial and technical networking capabilities.
•    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•    High level of ownership, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with a structured and flexible approach.
•    Proficiency in English (verbal and written); additional languages are an asset.
•    Commitment to professional ethics and organizational culture.
