Designation: Sales Intern

Location: BKC, Mumbai

Internship Duration:12 months

Qualification: Graduation mandatory

Key Responsibilities

  •  New Customer Acquisition
  • Screening database received from pre-sales team for prospecting relevant contacts i.e., Directors, MDs, CEOs, CHROs, CFOs, Business Heads, etc.
  • Speaking with these potential prospects over the phone, briefing them on products
  • Utilizing virtual meetings for better sales prospects and build relationship with new customers
  • Ensuring efficiency every day by making minimum 60-70 calls per day
  • Customer acquisition experience and excellent communication & probing skills
  • Collated call status/MIS to be sent to the team every evening capturing clients called & new companies added to the database, calling sheet to sales associates to be shared daily in the prescribed format.
  • Daily reporting of all sales activity
  • Managing the end-to-end contract life cycle support (from order entry to dispatch excluding document collection)
  • Client engagement activities- feedback calling post sales to ensure customer satisfaction

Key Requirements

  • Graduates with minimum 6 months of experience in Business Development
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • B2B sales with C level executives preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates only from Mumbai are preferred
