Reporting directly to the Senior Sales Director for Food Service & Local QSR, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the food service industry.

- Contribute to scope planning & budget/forecast
- Translate country plans into CE level execution plans
- Review objectives quarterly, provide direction to teams to execute cascading plans
- Identify and align resources to achieve plans - central, local and global
Business knowledge
- Ensure deep understanding of market / customer trends and leverage industry peer network to inform strategic decision making
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of financial variables
Customer development
- Evolve org. to align with customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including local QSR chains, restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and other food service providers.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand market presence and increase sales opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services and build networks within the food service industry.
Key stakeholder collaboration

What you'll need to be successful.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the food service industry, with a focus on local QSR
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets

- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Knowledge of local regulations and market dynamics within the food service industry is preferred
- Strong project and team management skills; able to balance multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment

- Outstanding oral and written communication skills; proficient English is essential
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious targets
- Must be willing and able to travel within Central Europe and internationally as required
